For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Ontario

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A 29.6 inch surface low over western Pennsylvania this
late morning will deepen to 29.5 inches as it tracks to New England
today and Monday, then will strengthen further while moving north
across Quebec Tuesday. Another 29.2 inch low will move north of the
Great Lakes region Wednesday. West-northwest flow will persist
across the eastern Great Lakes region Thursday, while a 30.2 inch
high moves from the northern Plains to the southern Ohio Valley.

Waves 6 to 9 feet. Waves occasionally around 11 feet.
.TONIGHT...Northeast winds 15 to 25 knots becoming north. Rain
and snow early, then snow showers likely late in the evening. A
chance of snow showers after midnight. Waves 5 to 8 feet. Waves
occasionally around 10 feet.
.MONDAY...North winds 15 to 20 knots becoming northwest. A chance
of snow showers. Waves 3 to 5 feet.
.MONDAY NIGHT...Northwest winds 15 to 20 knots. A chance of snow
showers in the evening, then snow showers likely overnight. Waves
3 to 6 feet.
.TUESDAY...Northwest winds to 30 knots becoming southwest. Snow
showers likely with a chance of rain showers during the day, then
rain showers Tuesday night. Waves 5 to 8 feet building to 7 to
10 feet. Waves occasionally around 13 feet.
.WEDNESDAY...Southwest gales to 35 knots becoming west and
diminishing to 30 knots. Showers. Waves 10 to 14 feet subsiding
to 7 to 10 feet. Waves occasionally around 18 feet.
.THURSDAY...West winds to 30 knots becoming northwest and
diminishing to 15 to 20 knots. Showers likely. Waves 7 to 10 feet
subsiding to 3 to 6 feet. Waves occasionally around 13 feet.
