For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Ontario

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS... A 30.2 inch surface high will build across the Ohio
Valley and Lower Great Lakes later today into Thursday morning
before pushing off the coast. A large 29.2 inch surface low near
Hudson Bay will push its cold front across the lake tonight, with
another 30.4 inch high building in its wake Thursday night. The high
will then quickly move east of the lake Friday. Another cold front
will cross the Lake late Saturday and Saturday night, this from a
29.3 inch low near northern James Bay. Then, another area of surface
high pressure averaging 30.3 inches will build eastward across the
Great Lakes through Sunday.

showers late this morning. Waves 2 to 4 feet building to 5 to
8 feet. Waves occasionally around 10 feet.
.TONIGHT...Southwest winds to 30 knots becoming west. Lake effect
snow showers likely. Waves 6 to 9 feet. Waves occasionally around
11 feet.
.THURSDAY...West winds to 30 knots becoming northwest. Lake
effect snow showers likely. Waves 6 to 10 feet. Waves
occasionally around 13 feet.
.THURSDAY NIGHT...Northwest winds 15 to 20 knots becoming
southwest. Waves 4 to 7 feet subsiding to 2 to 3 feet. Waves
occasionally around 9 feet.
.FRIDAY...South winds 15 to 25 knots becoming southwest. Waves
2 to 4 feet building to 3 to 5 feet, then subsiding to 2 to
4 feet.
.SATURDAY...Southwest winds 15 to 25 knots becoming northwest. A
chance of snow showers. Waves 3 to 6 feet subsiding to 2 to
4 feet.
.SUNDAY...North winds 10 to 15 knots. A chance of snow showers.

in the evening. Lake effect snow showers after midnight. Waves
5 to 9 feet building to 7 to 11 feet. Waves occasionally around
14 feet.
.THURSDAY...West winds to 30 knots becoming northwest. Lake
effect snow showers in the morning, then a chance of snow showers
in the afternoon. Waves 8 to 11 feet building to 9 to 13 feet.
Waves occasionally around 16 feet.
