For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Ontario

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A 29.9 inch elongated low over southern Quebec, has
placed a cold front across the southeastern side of the Lake this
morning. A 30.2 inch high over the upper Great Lakes will then
settle across the Lake later today and into the weekend, before
drifting just east of the Lake on Monday.
