For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Ontario

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A high pressure ridge averaging 30.0 inches continues
to exit eastward and allows a wavy warm front to sweep northeastward
across the lake this evening. A cold front then sweeps eastward
across the lake on Sunday. Behind the cold front, a ridge averaging
30.2 inches will slide eastward across the Lower Great Lakes through
Monday. The ridge should exit toward New England on Tuesday and
allow a warm front to sweep northeastward across the lake. A cold
front should sweep eastward across the lake on Wednesday and be
followed by a ridge averaging 30.1 inches and building from the
Upper Midwest through Thursday.

5 feet, then subsiding to 2 to 4 feet.
.MONDAY...North winds 15 to 20 knots becoming west and
diminishing to less than 10 knots in the afternoon. Waves 2 to
4 feet subsiding to 1 foot or less.
.MONDAY NIGHT...West winds 10 knots or less becoming south. Waves
