...Discussion from Monterey...

Light offshore flow will continue through the night and continue to
usher in dryer air. Offshore flow should become moderate for
elevated terrain by Monday morning, which is where the poorest RH
recovery is expected. Dry conditions persist into Tuesday, though
given rains, lighter winds, and normal fuel moisture minimal fire
weather concerns are expected. Onshore flow is expected to return
Wednesday.

Note : All winds are 20-foot Winds Unless otherwise specified.
Thunderstorms imply strong, gusty and erratic winds.

...Discussion from Los Angeles/Oxnard...

On Monday and Tuesday, there will be some gusty east winds across
the interior mountains and Antelope Valley foothills with gusts in
the 25 to 35 mph range. During this time, the interior areas will
see humidities fall to 15 to 25 percent. Conditions will remain dry
through the middle of this week, then a surge of subtropical
moisture will bring a 15 to 25 percent chance of showers this
Thursday night into Saturday.
