.DISCUSSION...Mostly clear skies Monday will give way to increasing
marine layer clouds Monday night into Tuesday. There will be
increasing northwest winds across the burn area Monday afternoon
through Monday night with a slight decrease in winds on Tuesday.
Moderate to high humidities are expected through the forecast
period.

.MONDAY...

Sky/weather.........Sunny.
Max temperature.....68-70.
Min humidity........55-70 percent.
Eye level winds.....Northwest 2-4 mph.
Wind (20 ft)........Northwest 3-9 mph becoming 8-15 mph in the
                    afternoon.
Ridgetop wind.......Northwest 5-10 mph becoming 10-20 mph in the
                    afternoon.
Mixing height.......1000 ft AGL becoming 1500 ft AGL in the
                    afternoon.
