.DISCUSSION...An offshore flow pattern in place will keep northerly
wind component with clear skies in the forecast. Small seas are
expected through at least Friday with light wind chop during the
afternoon and evening. A return to onshore flow is expected over the
weekend as a storm system approaches the region. Wind gusts between
10 and 15 knots are expected as early as Friday as onshore pressure
gradients tighten. There is a 20 percent chance of winds greater
than 20 knots on Sunday afternoon and evening.
