.DISCUSSION...Hot and dry conditions with breezy winds will continue
through the evening, with humidity likely increasing to over 20
percent overnight. Wind gusts may drop as low as 15 mph by late
tonight/early tomorrow morning. Similar conditions expected
tomorrow, with winds slightly weaker, but still fairly gusty in the
afternoon and evening. The hot temperatures will continue to create
an environment favorable for enhanced vertical plume growth during
the afternoon hours.
