.DISCUSSION...
Cool conditions with increasing winds are expected for the Rx
location this week. Mainly weak northeast winds early Tuesday
will shift to the west in the afternoon, followed by north
winds Tuesday night. Winds will then increase from the northwest
on Wednesday. Before 1000 hours, winds will be fairly light, but
will begin increasing between 1000 to 1300, with gusts over 15
mph likely after 1300 at the 20-foot level.

The winds will continue to increase and remain gusty through
Thursday, but Wednesday night should see the strongest, most
widespread winds with gusts to 40 mph likely, and 50 mph
gusts possible.

Eye level winds.....Northeast winds 3 to 5 mph becoming west
                    3 to 4 mph in the afternoon.
