* WHAT...For the High Wind Warning, northwest winds 30 to 40 mph
  with gusts up to 60 mph. For the Heat Advisory, significant
  cooling has begun, so the Heat Advisory will be allowed to expire.

* WHERE...Santa Barbara County Southwestern Coast and Santa Ynez
  Mountains Western Range.

* WHEN...Until 3 AM PDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Damaging winds could blow down trees and power lines.
  Power outages are possible. Travel will be difficult, especially
  for drivers of high profile vehicles.
