Saturday and Sunday. Northeast winds will shift to the north-
northwest on Saturday, and then turn to the south on Sunday.
Relative humidity is not expected to fall below 50 percent both
days in most locations. Winds will turn to the southwest Monday
and then to the west on Tuesday. Temperatures are expected to
rise well above normal into the 50s and 60s. However, afternoon
minimum humidity is expected to stay relatively high with
