This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for the South Plains, Rolling
Plains, and the far Southern Texas Panhandle.

.DAY ONE...This afternoon and tonight.

There is a chance of thunderstorms this evening, mainly across the
Rolling Plains. Severe weather is unlikely, however some storms may
produce periods of heavy rain and brief gusty winds.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday.

Scattered-to-numerous thunderstorms are forecast to move across West
Texas Friday night into Saturday morning. Heavy rainfall will lead
to a localized risk of flash flooding. Some storms may be severe and
capable of producing damaging wind gusts near 60 mph, primarily
during the late evening hours Friday.

Another round of thunderstorms is forecast to move across the region
Saturday night, and will be accompanied by a greater potential for
flash flooding. A few storms may be severe.

Chances for storms remain forecast Sunday and into next week.
