Light snow is possible, especially south of Baltimore during the afternoon and evening. If this threat materializes, travel disruptions are possible. The Friday morning and evening commutes could be impacted. There is a slight winter storm threat Saturday and Saturday night, as well. Additional accumulating snow is possible, and may cause travel disruptions if the threat materializes. Gale conditions are possible Sunday afternoon and night. A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect for eastern Garrett and western Highland Counties beginning at 4 PM this afternoon. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday A Blizzard Warning continues across western portions of Garrett, Grant, and Pendleton Counties until 10 AM Thursday. A Winter Weather Advisory continues for eastern Garrett and western Highland Counties until 7 AM Thursday. There is an enhanced winter storm threat Friday and Friday night. Accumulating snow is becoming increasingly likely, and may cause more significant travel disruptions and closures. There is a slight winter storm threat Saturday and Saturday night. Confidence is increasing in additional accumulating snow, which would cause travel disruptions if the threat materializes.
