High pressure will remainly firmly in control of the weather
across Arkansas. Some high level cloudiness is expected through
the day. Light winds are expected with an easterly component
throughout the forecast period. The wind direction will be out of
the southeast after sunrise, then veer to the east in the afternoon
and finally to the northeast by early Tuesday morning. Min RH
values will be within the critical thresholds today and again on
Tuesday at the  burn site.
