will be out of the northeast around 5 mph. By 9AM, temperatures
will increase into the upper 50s with surface winds increasing
between 5 and 10 mph out of the east-northeast. Into mid-day and
Thursday afternoon, temperatures will top out in the mid 70s and
surface winds will remain out of the east-northeast at 5 to 10
mph.

At ignition until 9AM , RH values will remain between 65% to 70%.
After 9 AM through the remainder of Thursday afternoon, RH values
will decrease to values between 35% and 40%.
