.DISCUSSION...
Recent widespread wetting rains and saturated soils maintain good
to excellent overnight recovery and min RH above critical 15%
this weekend, keeping fire weather conditions out of the forecast.
Increasing southerly and then westerly 20-ft winds above 20 mph
for western higher terrain Monday into Tuesday will pose the risk
of spreading of any flames on the ground and in brush. Otherwise,
continued lack of freeze drying and fuel ERCs below the 50th
percentile keep risk of fire ignition low.
