Fire Weather Planning Forecast for West Texas/Southeast New Mexico
National Weather Service Midland/Odessa TX
226 PM CST Sun Nov 16 2025

.DISCUSSION...

Elevated fire weather conditions are possible over and near the
Guadalupe and Delaware Mountains Monday as a Pac front brings gusty
winds to the area. However, higher ERCs will not be coincident
w/increased RFTIs at this time. MinRH values will also generally
remain above critical thresholds Monday. Thunderstorms are forecast
later this week and may be accompanied by gusty and erratic winds.

Matrix product issued by the Midland/Odessa National Weather
Service Office.
