.DISCUSSION...A break between systems with below normal
temperatures is expected through Wednesday. Another round
of active weather is anticipated Wednesday afternoon through
Thursday. This will result in widespread rainfall in addition to
light snowfall at higher elevations. Heaviest rainfall expected
along and near the coast with the Wednesday-Thursday system. High
pressure will rebuild into the area late this week and persist
into the weekend.
