.DISCUSSION...
Weak sea breeze passing through this afternoon will bring winds
around to the south southeast but speeds will be light. Overnight
tonight, another inversion develops again with winds light less
than 3 mph or becoming calm. The threat for patchy fog, locally
dense, will be present, especially if there is enough smoke
production during the rest of the day today due to a combination
of settling smoke and developing fog. Visibilities may drop to a
quarter mile or less at times, peaking around sunrise Thursday.
Inversion should begin to lift between 0900 and 1000, with
visibilities greatly improving after around that time.
