  the Gale Warning, northeast winds 25 to 30 kt with gusts up to
  35 kt and seas 10 to 13 ft expected.

* WHERE...The coastal waters from Duck to Oregon Inlet.

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 7 PM EDT Tuesday.
  For the Gale Warning, from 7 PM Tuesday to 8 PM EDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could
