.DISCUSSION...
Breezy onshore east winds will continue today and Sunday with speeds
15 to 25 mph with some higher gusts especially along the coast.
Numerous fast moving showers will push onshore with heaviest rains
and isolated thunderstorms focused near the coast, diminishing
inland. Rain chances 40-60% today and closer to 60% areawide Sunday.
Smoke dispersion values will be Good to Very Good despite lower
mixing heights from strong transport winds. Some drier air is
forecast to move in from the east by midweek.
Fog potential and other remarks...Widespread fog is not forecast.
Localized visibility reductions due to smoke from new or existing
fires will be possible even if fog is not forecast.
