.DISCUSSION...
Weak low pressure over the northern Gulf will move east across the
Florida peninsula tonight then push a cold front south across the
area Monday. A high coverage of showers and embedded storms are
forecast to overspread the area from late this afternoon through
tonight. Lingering showers Monday across the south with cooler,
drier air filtering in on a north-northwest breeze. High pressure
ridge axis settles southward reaching central FL Wednesday resulting
in dry conditions. There are no low RH concerns this coming week.
Fair to Good smoke dispersion is forecast Monday and Generally Good
areawide Tuesday.
Fog potential and other remarks...Widespread dense fog is not
forecast. Localized visibility reductions due to smoke from new or
existing fires will be possible even if fog is not forecast.
