.DISCUSSION...

West winds are forecast Tuesday, mostly remaining less than 10 mph. The
offshore flow should delay the east coast sea breeze development and
any associated wind shifts at the burn site until late in the afternoon.
Increasing moisture will support a seasonal pattern of scattered afternoon
storms, generally after 2PM. There are no critical RH concerns. Fair to
generally good smoke dispersion is forecast. Hot conditions persist with
a high approaching the upper 90s.

                    and thunderstorms late in the afternoon.
                    Showers and thunderstorms likely late in the
