Minnesota River at Montevideo affecting Yellow Medicine, Chippewa and Lac qui Parle Counties. .Flooding continues on the Minnesota River at Montevideo as a consequence of recent rainfall. The stage of around 15ft is expected to begin falling tomorrow afternoon, however more rainfall arriving late in the week could keep levels steady. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks. Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads.
