.DISCUSSION...For the Carpenter Rd Piles Rx Burn, temperatures
will begin in the mid-20s at ignition and warm to the low 30s this
afternoon. Relative humidity values will start in the 90 percents
and only fall to the mid-70 percents this afternoon. Skies will
remain mostly cloudy for a majority of today with with SE winds
between 5-10kts early. A weak disturbance does move through today
but should keep precip chances pinned to southern MN today.
However winds will shift to easterly by mid-afternoon then
northerly this evening.
