.DISCUSSION...High pressure maintains warm and dry conditions today
with just a few passing high clouds this morning. Minimum humidity values
will drop into the low to mid 20s as dewpoints mix out this afternoon,
with increasing south winds gusting to 15-20 mph contributing to elevated
fore weather conditions. Winds will diminish overnight as humidity shows
moderate to good recovery to around 70%. An influx of mid level moisture
will bring increased cloud cover and keep minimum RH values closer to 40%
on Thursday. Precipitation chances will increase Thursday night into Friday,
along with around a 20-30% chance for a few embedded thunderstorms.
