...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM APPROACHING THE WATERS...

The areas affected include...
  Green Bay North of line from Cedar River MI to Rock Island
  Passage...

At 700 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm, capable
of producing winds to around 30 knots and small hail. This
thunderstorm was located 11 nm northwest of Minneapolis Shoal, moving
southeast at 15 knots.

Locations impacted include...
Minneapolis Shoal.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor
immediately until this storm passes.
