* WHAT...Southeast winds 10 to 15 kt with gusts up to 25 kt and
  waves 1 to 2 ft expected.

* WHERE...Ontonagon to Upper Entrance of Portage Canal MI, Lower
  Entrance of Portage Canal To Huron Islands MI Including
  Keweenaw and Huron Bays and Huron Islands to Marquette MI.

* WHEN...From 10 AM this morning to 8 PM EDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.
