* WHAT...West winds 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 45 mph.

* WHERE...Blount Smoky Mountains, Cocke Smoky Mountains, Johnson,
  Northwest Carter, Sevier Smoky Mountains, Southeast Carter,
  Southeast Greene, Southeast Monroe, and Unicoi Counties.

* WHEN...Until 7 AM EST this morning.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The strongest winds will be found above 3,000
  feet of elevation, especially the peaks of the East Tennessee
  Mountains.
