  6 inches, with locally higher totals for the highest terrain such
  as Sams Gap. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph.

* WHERE...Southeast Greene and Unicoi Counties.

* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 7 AM EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions
