.DISCUSSION...Ridge of high pressure will strengthen, allowing for
warming and drying trend to return. A strengthening thermal trough
over eastern Washington and Oregon combined with evening cooling
will generate easterly winds by later Sunday evening and continue
into the overnight in the upper slopes. This similar occurrence
will be possible for the remainder of the week. As the daytime
temperatures warm up, the easterly winds will disappear. Minimum
RHs could be getting close to the upper single digits by Monday
in the lower elevations towards 3200 feet MSL.
