.DISCUSSION...Seasonal temperatures continue today and tomorrow
before cooler, below normal temperatures prevail Wednesday and
Thursday. A progressive upper level trough will move inland near
the Oregon/California border midweek before quickly exiting
eastward. This will allow the marine layer to deepen to between
1000 to 1500 feet and see a return of good overnight humidity
recoveries and overnight stratus. Friday through the weekend, weak
ridging returns with seasonally warm temperatures and drier
conditions expected. Breezy onshore winds anticipated to develop
Wednesday into Thursday. Otherwise, diurnally breezy onshore winds
continue across mountain gaps/passes, along the coast, and higher
elevations this week.
Note : All winds are 20-foot Winds Unless otherwise specified.
Thunderstorms imply strong, gusty and erratic winds.
