forecast period. Temperatures remain unseasonably cool, anywhere
from 5 to 15 degrees below normal.

A weather system will continue for the area into  very early Friday.
There will be heavy rainfall and multiple  periods of strong
southerly winds Thursday. Drier weather is  forecast into the
weekend with the potential for another system  late in the weekend
or into early next week.
