.DISCUSSION...Winds remain light for the duration of the forecast
period. A brief period of east to northeast winds will take place
this afternoon and evening before winds shift more northerly
tonight. Winds will fluctuate from slightly NNW to N to NNE late
Monday into very early Tuesday before drainage winds develop and
winds shift NE to E. Winds will shift back to a more southerly
orientation around noon and continue through the rest of the day.
Dry daytime conditions continue through Tuesday with rain and
strong winds returning Wednesday and Thursday.
