.SYNOPSIS...A high pressure ridge will prevail over the far S
waters tonight into Mon. A stationary front will persist over the
far N waters over the next couple days. Low pressure will move E
along the front early tonight, with the low moving well off to
the E and NE of the area late tonight into Sun while
strengthening. The front will linger off of the mid-Atlantic
coast Sun into Mon with a series of weak lows moving E along the
front. A slightly stronger low will move E and NE along the front
off of the Virginia Capes late Mon, continue to move slowly E and
NE over the central and N waters Tue and Tue night, and then
likely weaken to the E and NE of the area Wed. A low pressure
trough will strengthen along the coast Wed into Wed night, with a
warm front developing and lifting NE from the N waters Wed night.
A cold front will approach from the W and NW Thu, and then likely
begin to move offshore Thu night.
