.SYNOPSIS...A cold front will approach the far northern waters
tonight, then stall just N of the waters Thu through Fri before
lifting back N away from the area as a weak warm front Fri night.
Weak ridging will then build across the waters for Sat through
Sun night. Another cold front will approach the far northern
waters on Mon, settling E of Cape Fear Mon night.
