Southeast Gulf of America

.SYNOPSIS...The gradient between high pressure centered over the
Carolinas and a stationary front SE of the basin is leading to
fresh to strong winds in the Florida Straits and far SE Gulf.
These winds will diminish Sun as the front dissipates. In the NW
Gulf, fresh to locally strong SE winds an approaching cold front
over Texas. This front will move offshore Mon, stall Mon night
into Tue, when a low pressure will form off Texas and move NE
into the SE U.S.

.SUN...E winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 4 to 6 ft.
.SUN NIGHT...NE to E winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft.

Within 200 nm east of the coast of Florida

.SYNOPSIS...A stationary front from just E of Bermuda to central
Cuba is followed by fresh to strong NE winds and moderate to
rough seas. This front will dissipate through Sun, and high
pressure north of the front will shift eastward, allowing winds
and seas to diminish. Another weak front will stall off the
northeast Florida coast Mon, then lift northward Mon night.
Expect southerly winds and building seas north of 29N and west
of 75W  Tue as low pressure moves from the northern Gulf to the
Carolinas. Looking ahead, these strong southerly winds will
shift eastward  north of 28N ahead of a cold front moving off
the northeast  Florida coast Tue night into Wed. This front will
reach from Bermuda to South Florida by late Wed.

.TONIGHT...NE to E winds 20 to 30 kt S of 27N, and E 20 to 25 kt
N of 27N. Seas 4 to 6 ft. Scattered showers.
.SUN...E winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 4 to 6 ft. Slight chance of
showers.
.SUN NIGHT...NE to E winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft. Slight
chance of showers.
.MON...NE to E winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. Chance of
showers.
.MON NIGHT...E to SE winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft.
