.SYNOPSIS...Broad high pressure will build across the waters from
the W on Sun and persist through Mon. A weak cold front will move
into the N and Central portions of the area Mon night and
dissipate on Tue. Thereafter a ridge of high pressure will remain
just W of the regional waters Tue night through Thu night.
