.SYNOPSIS...A high pressure ridge over the waters this morning
will shift S and dissipate today ahead of a cold front moving SE
across the waters tonight into Thu. Meanwhile, a coastal trough
will persist along the Oregon coast. A new area of high pressure
will build in behind the front Thu night, then slowly build E
across the waters through Sun night while the coastal trough
persists along the Oregon coast.
