.Synopsis...A trough north of the offshore area will weaken
Tuesday night with trade winds building in for the rest of the
week. An upper low will also track over the area beginning around
Tuesday night through Friday. Isolated thunderstorms for N waters
over the next couple of days moving to NW as upper low digs in.
