offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A cold front will clear E of
the area early today. High pressure will build E over the waters
later today into tonight, then pass SE of the area Tue. A warm
front will lift N across the region Tue night into Wed, before
another cold front moves E through the waters Wed and Wed night.
A series of secondary cold fronts will move E through the area
Wed night through Fri night.
