New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A broad, complex low pressure
system will clear N of the waters today while pulling a strong
cold front across the eastern portions. A series of low pressure
troughs or weak cold fronts will pass across the waters behind
the primary front today and tonight. A high pressure ridge will
quickly pass E across the area tonight into early Wed. Another
cold front will move offshore Wed, then clear E of the area Wed
night. Another series of low pressure troughs or weak cold fronts
will move across the waters Thu and Thu night. A cold front will
approach the coast Fri, then push SE across the region Fri night.
High pressure will build SE toward the waters Sat and Sat night.
