New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A high pressure ridge over the
area today will persist into Wed. Weak low pressure along a front
S of the region will move E today, passing SE of Georges Bank by
tonight. A warm front will lift NE over the waters Wed through
early Thu, followed by a cold front approaching the coast from
the W late Thu. The cold front will move through the area Thu
night through Fri. A secondary cold front or low pressure trough
will move SE over the waters Fri night as high pressure moves E
over New England waters. High pressure will move E over the
waters and pass E of the area Sat and Sat night. A trough will
move SE over the area Sat night.
