New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...High pressure centered to the
E of the area will gradually move further E through Wed while
extending a ridge W over the area tonight into Tue. Weak low
pressure will move gradually E and NE along a front S of the area
tonight through Tue night as the high pressure ridge slowly
weakens over the area. The low pressure is expected to be rather
weak as it moves to the SE and E of the Georges Bank region later
Wed. A warm front will lifting NE over the waters Wed and Wed
night through early Thu, followed by a cold front approaching the
coast from the W late Thu. The cold front will move offshore Thu
night, and pass E of the region Fri. A secondary cold front or
low pressure trough will move SE over the waters Fri night as
high pressure moves E over New England region. On Sat high
pressure will move E over the waters and then pass E of the area
by Sat night. A trough will move SE over the area Sat night.
