.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...Weak high pressure just S of
the waters will move slowly E overnight, then shift E of the area
Tue. Broad low pressure will approach the Mid- Atlantic coast Tue
night and Wed, and then will slowly track E while passing just S
of the waters Wed night through Sat night. Another low will track
E to the S of the area Sat and Sat night.
