Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms. .SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...High pressure across the waters will shift E of the region today and tonight while weakening. A developing low will track NE while passing just S of the waters later today into early tonight, then move E and NE of the area late tonight into Tue night while rapidly intensifying. A high pressure ridge will build E toward the waters Tue night, then move quickly E over the area early Wed. The next developing low pressure area will track E over northern New England late Wed, pass near or just N of the waters Wed night, and then move E and NE away from the area Thu while intensifying. A trailing cold front will move E and SE over the area Wed night and pass E of the waters Thu. High pressure will build E toward the waters late Thu, move E over the area Thu night into Fri, and pass E of the area by Fri night.
