New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A series of low pressure
troughs will move SE over the area today and tonight. High
pressure will build over the waters Wed, then shift N and E of
the region Wed night through Thu night while maintaining a ridge
across the waters into Fri night. Low pressure will pass just S
and SE of the area Thu and Thu night, then track NE to the E of
the waters Fri into Fri night while weakening. A cold front will
move SE across the waters Fri night into Sat. Another high will
build SE over the area Sat and Sat night.
