offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A surface trough will develop
over the area tonight behind a front moving off to the E. High
pressure then builds in for Sun, continuing through Mon. Low
pressure will approach the SE waters Mon night and pass just E of
the waters Tue. High pressure then returns behind the low and
remains in place through Wed night. The high shifts E Thu ahead
of low pressure and a warm front that should move into the waters
overnight Thu.
