New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...High pressure will persist
over most of New England and the offshore waters today into
tonight. Low pressure will move NE along a stationary front over
the outer mid-Atlantic waters, passing S and E of Georges Bank
later today into Wed night. Weak high pressure will then return
behind the low and remain in place later Wed into Thu. The high
will shift E of the area late Thu into Thu night as a warm front
lifts N into the region Fri and Fri night. A cold front will push
E through New England Fri night into early Sat, and then move E
across the waters late Sat and Sat night.
