.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A cold front will
move SE across the waters today, then move inland tonight. Weak
high pressure will build across the region Wed into Wed night.
low pressure will approach the waters Thu, then move into the
area Thu night and Fri. The low will move slowly E across the
region Fri night while pulling a cold front across the area Sat
into Sat night.
