Outer waters from 150 nm to 250 nm offshore.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...An active stretch of
weather will affect much of the area over the next week. High
pressure will slowly weaken over the area today into tonight. Low
pressure will move NE over the Oregon waters this afternoon then
move inland along the Oregon coast tonight. A more significant
system will approach the area Tue with a warm front moving NE
over the waters to be followed by a strong cold front crossing
into the waters late Tue night through Wed night. A warm front
moves into the outer waters later Wed night. On Thu and Thu night
another cold or occluded front will move E across the waters. A
high pressure ridge will briefly build on Fri, then give away as
a warm front reaches the waters on Fri night.
