.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A weak high pressure
ridge will form over the waters today as a low pressure center
strengthens to the W of the area. The strengthening low will move
NE and pass just NW, and then N of the waters tonight into Sun. A
trailing strong cold front will reach the outer waters early Sun,
with the front progressing E and SE over the area during Sun.
The front will reach the coast and pass S of the area by Sun
night. The next high pressure ridge will build E toward the
waters Mon, and slowly drift E over the waters Mon night into
Tue. The ridge will weaken and shift inland Tue night as a warm
front approaches from the W and SW. The warm front will lift
quickly NE over the area Wed as the next strong cold front
approaches from the W. The strong cold front will move E and SE
over the area Wed night as the associated strong low pressure
center approaches from the NW.
