.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A warm front over
the eastern waters will lift NE of the area tonight, while a cold
front over the western waters and will become nearly stationary
across the southern waters by Wed morning. An area of low
pressure will track over the waters Wed into Thurs before moving
ashore Thurs night. High pressure will build in from the W Fri
into Fri night and continue into Sun night.
