.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A warm front will
advance N and NE across the waters tonight ahead of a slowly
advancing cold front with multiple lows embedded along the front.
The complex low pressure system will consolidate into a primary
low over the southern waters during Thu, then drift E towards the
Oregon coast Thu night into Fri while weakening. A warm front
will lift E and NE over the area late Fri into Fri night,
followed by a cold front approaching from the W during Sat. The
cold front will cross the waters Sat night into Sun as developing
low pressure passes near and just NE of the area. A high pressure
ridge will build E toward the region Sun night into Mon as the
low weakens near Vancouver Island. The ridge will move E over the
area Mon night.
